Born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Graduated college with Bachelor of Science degree. First fire job was with Cal Fire, San Luis Obispo, CA. Promoted to rank of Fire Apparatus Engineer. Moved to Portland, OR. In 1979 and became affiliated with Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue. “Retired” in 2017.
Moved to Benton City in November 2017 and joined BCFPD2 in November of 2017. Became a PIO in 2021 and promoted to Lieutenant in June 2021.
