Small Works, Consultant & Vendor Roster
The Fire District uses the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) for some small construction projects under $350,000, some consulting opportunities and vendor services. MRSC Rosters is a roster service that provides a database the District can use to notify registered businesses about small public works construction projects and consulting opportunities.
Businesses interested in receiving notification to opportunities as they arise, must register on the MRSC Rosters website. Registration is FREE and can easily be done online by going to www.mrscrosters.org. Simply register your business and select Benton County Fire Protection District 2 in your account. If you are already a member of MRSC Rosters, you only need to add Benton County Fire Protection District 2 in your account.

Effective immediately, Benton County Fire Protection District No. 2 is transitioning our Small Works Roster, Consultant Roster, and Vendor Roster to MRSC Rosters at https://mrscrosters.org/ .
To continue receiving project and bid notifications from Benton County Fire Protection District No. 2, your business must register with MRSC Rosters at https://mrscrosters.org/businesses/business-membership/ . To remain on our roster, please ensure you select Benton County Fire Protection District No. 2 in the “Public Agencies” section of your application.
If your business is already a member of MRSC Rosters, you can log in at any time to update your selected agencies. Important Reminders:
- Annual Renewal: Your MRSC Rosters membership requires yearly renewal.
- Category Selection: Only select the service categories and roster(s) that are relevant to your business.
